Spencer is our Wellington Branch Manager based in Lower Hutt with an extensive background in business development and operations management.

Spencer brings an excellent level of understanding of recruitment processes in both the commercial and industrial sectors. With experience in all aspects of the permanent and temporary placement markets, he has been recruiting a wide range of skills up to senior management level. He has a passion for recruitment, and believes that all people should be treated with respect; after all, our business is about people and relationships assisting our clients business in changeable employment opportunities. Solution recruitment is what makes it work effectively; listening, caring and great communications between candidate and client puts a great deal together for all concerned. At work Spencer is certainly solution focused, with a particular interest in HR and employment law. At home, he finds that motorcycling, family, and his pet dog take up his free time.

Jonathan Ives - Director - Mobile: 0272 228 818

Jon has been working in recruitment business development in various settings over the last 5 years, from in-house recruitment in New Zealand and the UK, to working in Wellington as a Business Development Manager in both Commercial and Industrial environments. Jon has experience in tailoring solutions for all manner of business' ranging from bulk permanent placements through to orchestrating the supply of 150+ temps in an onsite partnership. Jon believes the key in creating mutually beneficial relationships is listening carefully to a clients needs and then developing an effective solution/strategy that not only addresses the immediate requirement, but that also adds value through proactive practises - and delivering these in a timely fashion.
