Richard joined Coverstaff in May 2007 after graduating from the University of Otago in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Business Psychology and Political Studies. Richard has recently moved into a Business Development Management role, after having worked as an industrial consultant for the previous two years. Before joining Coverstaff Richard worked in both the construction and agricultural industries.

Darryl manages Coverstaff's construction division and is responsible for understanding the fundamentals of all his clients' needs and providing them with the relevant staffing solutions. As a trade-qualified carpenter, Darryl has been in the construction industry for 16 years. He has vast experience in all types of construction and recruitment. He has operated his own company project managing the design and building of Hokowhitu School in Palmerston North and worked as Construction Manager for Workstream Construction Services in the UK including projects at Canary Wharf, Heathrow Airport and the London Underground.

Grant comes from a trade qualified background as a fitter and turner with eighteen years experience in engineering and manufacturing practices, including production planning and process reviews. His engineering and manufacturing background is supported with a Massey tertiary qualification in Industrial Production and is currently part way through a Business Diploma in HR.
Most recently Grant has been a production supervisor for a locally based international manufacturer and has enjoyed the opportunities to see people placed into employment in both temporary and permanent roles, see them excel and contribute to the success of the business.
Grant enjoys working with both employees and clients and he looks forward to the opportunity to forge solid working partnerships with our clients in the future.

Kristan is the newest member of the Coverstaff team after recently returning from the UK. Having spent the last 2 years in Edinburgh, Scotland working for a specialist hospitality recruitment company. Prior to leaving New Zealand Kristan worked within the travel industry.
Kristan will work across several areas of our business assisting the sales team with telephone screening, interviewing, reference checking and sourcing the right person for each specific role.

Victoria has been part of the Operations team since February 2007. Prior to joining Coverstaff Victoria worked in London for Geneva Health International, specialising in medical recruitment for NHS and Private Hospitals. After 4 years of studying at the University of Otago where she gained a Bachelor of Commerce and a post graduate Diploma in Tourism, Victoria re-located to Christchurch where she worked in the tourism and education industries. Victoria enjoys the challenge of matching clients to the right candidate and the full cycle of the recruitment process.

Eight years with Coverstaff in a number of roles from Consultant, Business Development Manager, and now as Sales & Marketing Director.
Clive's previous experience was five years with Les Mills World of Fitness in Christchurch as Sales and Services Manager recruiting and training across a range of roles. Prior to 1995 Clive was with Endsleigh Insurance in the U.K for eight years managing five branches across the East Anglia region.
